THE POWER OF STEAM IN THE SIMPLEST WAY
The use of steam allows considerable savings in the consumption of water and electricity, reducing the use of chemical products for sanitizing and the risk of contamination from cleaning residues in food and beverages industries. IdroEletrika develops two types of ecologic steam generators for a wide range of uses: dry steam at low pressure and dry or wet steam at medium pressure.
LOW PRESSURE STEAM
The low pressure system is mainly recommended for sanitizing and “sterilizing” bottling lines, filtration and microfiltration lines, tanks, barrels, kegs, etc.
This system performs an excellent and effective job thanks to the constant supply of steam able to internally saturate all surface areas. The continuous contact of steam with internal parts produces an effective sanitization while the temperature reached is designed specifically to work without damaging delicate parts, such as filters, o-rings and seals.
MEDIUM PRESSURE STEAM, DRY OR WET
The medium pressure system is mainly used with as a steam pressure washer with a lance for cleaning and “sanitizing” of work surfaces, equipment and machinery.
Steam can be dispensed wet for washing and cleaning of dirty and contaminated surfaces or dry, for a sanitizing action on already cleaned surfaces. The system performs excellent cleaning work thanks to the dual modes of steam injection and an abundant continuous flow of steam.
