The ‘Idro e-boost’ system consists of a new type of electric water preheating in a closed circuit between the tank, pump and booster boiler (where heating takes place). When using the high-pressure jet, the preheated water passes back through the electric boilers (E-BOOST), quickly reaching a peak temperature of over 85°C, which allows for a much smoother temperature decay curve compared to comparable technologies.

The recirculation system saves energy by using less kW for water heating and offers high temperatures and flow rates. It also has all the advantages found in “HydroElectric system” technology. This technology allows boilers to integrate preheated water and is therefore ideal for those who want high water flow rates but have few kW available and need to work frequently for short periods of time.

HOW DOES DIRECT HEATING WORK?

The “IdroElectric” system is a unique electric water heating technology that follows a direct path, entering cold first into the pump and then into the electric boilers that heat the water to high pressure. Heating takes place continuously, bringing the water to a high and constant outlet temperature, making it ideal for prolonged use while maintaining the same cleaning effectiveness.

This technology thoroughly cleans all surfaces thanks to the targeted effect of the low/medium flow high-pressure jet. It is also ideal for use in any enclosed area, thanks to the electrical system that does not use fuel boilers to generate the thermal effect. All this allows for economic, ecological and time savings thanks to its versatility of use, streamlining sanitisation operations in accordance with globally used protocols.
