IDRETA: NOT JUST RESTORATION

HOW IS IT CREATED?
It was created in response of many companies that must clean and sanitize environments where extreme precision and delicacy are required, using high pressure, heated water, and without excessive water consumption.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Idreta operates at a very low water flow rate (from 1 L/min to 2.8 L/min). This allows it to be used with extreme precision and very close to the machinery being cleaned, without generating aerosols and environmental bacteria that can be transferred from one point to another — something that typically happens with traditional pressure washers.
Moreover, the low flow rate does not produce unmanageable or excessive volumes of water, which are common with more traditional cleaning machines.
Thanks to the patented electrically powered heating system (400V / 50/60Hz), our machines can be used in all enclosed areas, as they do not rely on fuel-powered boilers to generate heat (no diesel required).
It should also be noted that it is not necessary to use chemical detergents or sanitizers. By operating with hot water, the temperature at the point of contact is high, and it is easy to maintain the jet on that spot (also due to the minimal physical effort required to operate the machine).
IN WHICH SECTORS DOES IDRETA OPERATE?
• Food industry: It has been supplied to major brands such as Bauli, Heinz, Ferrero, and many others. This is because it has proven to be a winning technology in cleaning very delicate machinery that requires extreme precision and in equipment that, by regulation, cannot be cleaned with chemical detergents or solvents.
• Mechanical sector: It has also been supplied to many mechanical and automotive companies such as Ferrari, Brembo, Fiat, and others. Its ecological nature — resulting from zero emissions during use, cost savings, and flexibility for use at any time and by anyone — makes it highly advantageous.
• Ho.Re.Ca. sector: Thanks to the heated water, there is no need to add cleaning products or solvents. This makes it a winning technology in supporting HACCP protocol management, while also ensuring speed and precision in completing tasks.
• Workshops and transport: Idreta is perfect for cleaning machine components, trucks, and other vehicles that require precision and delicacy. For example, it is ideal for cleaning engine belts or a truck’s braking system.
