The cold water version of ECOvapor encloses in a single frame a pressure washer without internal water heating, with, on request, pump for water inlet temperature up to 80°C, and our steam production technology, which can be supplied slightly dry or wet. The presence of the two systems, which can be used alternately and not simultaneously, makes the machine versatile for uses in the food processing.
In order to use the two systems at the same time, we recommend purchasing our ECOcube CW cold water pressure washer and vaporTROLLEY, our steam generator specifically designed to attach onto the ECOcube CW frame.
