In a view of continuous research aimed at improving the use of our machines, various improvements have been made over the years.

MODELS/VERSIONS of ”IDROELECTRIC SYSTEM” and “IKA VAPOR”:

– adjustable safety and pressure valve added to the hydraulic system for better control of security mechanism “total stop”;
– reinforced boiler with more resistant welding and armor;
– melamine insulation for reduced heat loss in boilers;
– M5 screw for panels for improved fastness in place of the previous smaller screws;
– increased ventilation grilles for a better heat dissipation;
– power cord output location optimized;
– stainless steel chassis for a better durability instead of the previous frames in powder coated steel;
– transparent plexiglass for security coverage of the electrical contacts on boilers in place of the previous aluminium covers.

MODELS/VERSIONS of “VAPOR” steam line and “IKA VAPOR”:

– level sensor for optimizing water charging in boilers;
– different types of boilers with special heating elements for special treated of water;
– materials (brass, teflon, stainless steel, …) of internal machine components, tested against release of materials residues;
– M5 screw for panels for improved fastness in place of the previous smaller screws;
– increased ventilation grilles for a better heat dissipation;
– power cord output location optimized;
– red warning light in water ingress for immediate indication of lack of water pressure from water supply;
– vaporONE MP, with internal pump for feeding the boiler at a regulated pressure, ideal for low pressure supply;
– transparent plexiglass for security coverage of the electrical contacts on boilers in place of the previous aluminium covers;
– upon request, all internal components in stainless steel (recommended for osmosis treated water).

Our steam boilers are designed to reduce the concentration of limescale in steam outlet. The steam produced is then healthy and free of
impurities, as recorded by laboratory analysis carried out on 28/05/2015: “The control tests performed on the steam produced by the
steam boilers of IdroEletrika s.r.l. show that the same, once condensed, presents a very low concentration of dissolved salts: therefore
the condensated water, once evaporated after use, does not have encrusting characteristics”.
